For Monday, refine your satire. Many of you adopted a tone more on the sarcasm spectrum than on the satire spectrum. To help you see the satire more clearly, reread Swift's Modest Proposal or check out this (and many other) article from The Onion.
Even though you did research, with satire, there are no rules. You can distort facts and amplify truths in order to make your point. Absurdity is your friend.
In addition to this, you will need to answer the reading questions and the multiple choice questions that we worked with in Friday's class. Write your answers on the answer sheet.
