Finish for homework anything you don’t complete in class. These are due at the beginning of next class, typed along with your annotated text.

_____Compose three paragraphs about how we change our opinions/tastes. Please type your paragraphs.
_____Narrative - Write about a time your opinion about something changed.
_____Descriptive – Describe in great detail, using imagery, something you loved when you were younger. (Maybe you still do)
____ Expository – Explain why people’s opinions and tastes change.
_____Finally, connect your reading with your writing. What did you think Li did well in her narrative? Is
there anything you will borrow for your own narrative? Just write a few sentences to help you make connections.
